Interzoo Predicts 2010 Success
Exhibitor registration levels six months prior to Interzoo are good, said organizers of the world’s biggest supplies exhibition. More than 1,100 manufacturers have signed up to be part of the show, set for May 13-16 in the Nuremburg Exhibition Centre in Nuremberg, Germany.
“Seventy-seven percent of the companies registered so far come from abroad. Also encouraging is the steady 15 percent share of companies exhibiting at Interzoo for the first time,” said Klaus Oechsner, president of the German Pet Trade & Industry Association, the honorary sponsor of the exhibition.
Interzoo also is attracting new exhibitors from abroad, with significant increases from China and India. In addition, the exhibition has attracted additional exhibitors from France, the Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland and Spain, said organizers.
More than 37,000 attendees from 114 countries attended Interzoo 2008.
