GLEE Petindex Promises Innovative Pet Products
GLEE Petindex will showcase a wide range of pet care and aquatics products from an international exhibitor base when it takes place in conjunction with the GLEE garden and outdoor living exhibition, Sept. 21-23 at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, England.
Retail buyers can expect to find accessories, grooming and health care products, food, treats, bedding, cages, filtration systems and more.
The event also will feature a range of equestrian products catering to the growing crossover among the pet, equestrian and garden center retail markets.
In addition, the event will offer a number of networking opportunities, grooming demonstrations and other programs.
Other highlights will include a new products area for goods from forward-thinking manufacturers.
“GLEE is unlike any show in North America, and retailers, manufacturers and distributors all will be inspired by everything there is to see at the fair,” said Adam Ash, North American agent for show organizer Emap TPS. “For retailers, this show offers a rare chance to gain a fresh perspective, merchandising ideas, breaking trends and incredibly creative, innovative products. For manufacturers, the weak dollar makes their products particularly attractive to the world’s most enthusiastic lawn, garden and pet market. And for distributors, it offers the opportunity to bring unique products back to the [United States] that have not yet found a market here.”
